Install FoundPeers on your device
Open FoundPeers straight from your home screen — no app store, standalone launch, and faster return visits.
After your first visit, the app shell can reopen offline. Current founders, events, maps, and actions still need internet.
iPhone & iPad Safari
- Open app.foundpeers.com in Safari.
- Tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen.
- Scroll down and choose Add to Home Screen.
- Tap Add in the top right.
Note: iOS requires Safari for manual installation because a site cannot launch the Add to Home Screen UI programmatically.
Android Chrome, Samsung Internet, & Brave
- Open app.foundpeers.com in your browser.
- Use the browser menu (⋮) or tap the visible Install prompt.
- Choose Install or Add to Home screen.
- Confirm to add it to your device.
Desktop Chrome, Edge, & Brave
- Open app.foundpeers.com in your browser.
- Look for the Install icon in the right side of the address bar, or use the browser menu.
- Click Install.
Mac Safari (Sonoma or later)
- Open app.foundpeers.com in Safari on your Mac.
- In the menu bar, choose File > Add to Dock.
- Confirm Add to create a standalone app.
Troubleshooting
If you don't see an install option, ensure you are not in an in-app browser (like a link opened inside X or LinkedIn). Open the real app URL (https://app.foundpeers.com) in a supported, current browser.
